Shipping
Delivery times
Orders are delivered in approximately 2–3 weeks. Personalized items may require additional production time, and the estimated delivery window shown in the cart and at checkout always applies.
Costs
During launch promotions, shipping is free on all orders while the website countdown is active. Outside promotions, shipping is free over €60; otherwise, the cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Order updates
You will receive service emails when your order is confirmed and as it progresses. If the estimated delivery window has passed, contact us and we will check the order for you.
Customs
For destinations outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
You train; you should not have to deal with red tape. Wrong size, changed your mind or any other reason: you have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return your item.
How it works
- Email kombatzoneinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within 24–48 business hours with instructions.
- Send the item back unused, unwashed and with its original tags.
- Once we receive it, we will ship your replacement size or issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Size exchanges
Your first size exchange is free. If you are between sizes, contact us before ordering or see the size guide.
Personalized products
Items printed with a name, nickname or number are made especially for you and cannot be refunded if you change your mind. They remain fully covered in the event of a manufacturing defect, printing error or damage in transit.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, send us a photo within seven days of delivery. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund at our expense.
