What data we collect
- Contact and shipping data: name, address, email and phone number when you place an order or contact us.
- Payment data: handled directly through Shopify's secure checkout and payment providers. We do not see or store your card numbers.
- Order data: products purchased, requested personalization and order history.
- Browsing data: cookies and technical identifiers collected when you visit the website.
Why we use it
- To fulfil orders, including payment, personalization, shipping, returns and customer service.
- To send service communications such as order confirmations and delivery updates.
- For newsletters and promotions only if you subscribe. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
- For analytics and social media advertising through tools such as Meta and TikTok pixels, where permitted.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Where your data is stored
The website is hosted by Shopify, which processes data on its servers, including outside the European Union, using GDPR safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses. We only share data with providers required to complete your order, such as shipping and payment providers and email tools. We never sell your data.
How long we retain it
We retain data for as long as needed to manage orders and meet legal obligations. Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, portability and objection to marketing at any time. Email kombatzoneinfo@gmail.com; we will respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
